Kiwi.com is a tech disruptor offering unique content but was sitting in a travel brand sea of sameness. To better reflect who we are and what our tech can do for travelers we leaned into our difference by introducing our travel hacks. To avoid dry longform explanations, YouTube was our channel of choice to create visually engaging content to explain how the hacks benefit the customer using parodies of everyday life which could be easily amplified through social, CRM and in owned content.
